You can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept returns if they are returned on time and in accordance with our returns policy.

All you need to register your return is your email address and the order number (you can find this in your order and shipping confirmation).

Please note that we do not offer free returns for sustainability reasons. The costs for returns from Germany are €6. From all other EU countries €9. These will be deducted from your refund amount after receipt of your return.
